No Destination – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to No Destination (“ND”). By booking a trip, purchasing a ticket, or attending any No Destination trip, event, or experience, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before making a payment or participating in any No Destination offering.

1. Overview

These Terms apply to all No Destination trips, events, and experiences, including but not limited to group travel, festivals, boiler room–style events, community field days, catered dinners, parties, and private or public activations (“Experiences”).

By booking, paying a deposit, or attending any Experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Trip Details

All trips are curated and hosted by No Destination. Trip participation may include accommodations, group transportation during the trip, excursions, and curated activities as outlined in your specific trip overview and booking confirmation.

Trip details such as destination, dates, itinerary, and pricing are provided at the time of booking and may differ between trips. No Destination reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries when necessary (for example: weather, safety, or vendor changes).

3. Payment Terms

By booking a trip, you agree to the total trip cost and the payment schedule provided at checkout or in your payment plan. This may include:

• Non-refundable deposit
• One or more installment payments by specific due dates

Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of your spot on the trip without refund of any amounts already paid. Late payments may be subject to additional fees at No Destination’s discretion.

4. Included Costs (Trips)

Unless otherwise stated in your specific trip description, your trip package generally includes:

• Group housing or accommodations
• Ground transportation during the trip and airport transfers arranged by ND (where applicable)
• Select meals hosted by No Destination
• No Destination–curated excursions and activities
• ND boat experiences (where applicable)

Expenses not included typically include, but are not limited to:

• International or domestic flights to and from the trip destination
• Most personal meals and drinks outside of ND-hosted offerings
• Souvenirs, shopping, and personal purchases
• Optional activities not listed as included in the itinerary
• Travel insurance and medical costs

5. Flights & Arrival

Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the trip destination. Flight details and recommended arrival times will be provided in pre-trip communication.

You are responsible for ensuring your flight arrives by the time specified by No Destination. If you arrive later than the recommended time, you may miss the group transfer and/or scheduled activities.

In such cases:

• You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation to join the group.
• No prorated refunds or discounts will be provided for missed transfers or activities.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

You have five (5) calendar days from the date of any payment to request a refund for that specific payment.

After this 5-day period, all payments are non-refundable, as No Destination uses these funds to secure accommodations, vendors, transportation, and trip arrangements.

6.1 No Refunds After Trip Commencement

Once the trip has begun, there will be no refunds for any unused portion of the trip. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Early departures
• Late arrivals
• Missed activities or itinerary days for any reason
• Your decision not to participate due to governmental warnings, travel advisories, personal concerns, or illness

If a disruption caused by unforeseen events prevents the group trip from commencing, No Destination will offer as much flexibility as reasonably possible. Any rescheduled trip will be at the sole discretion of No Destination. If you choose to cancel your participation in a rescheduled trip, the standard refund and cancellation policy still applies.

There are no exceptions to our refund policy, including for reasons related to:

• Weather or natural conditions
• Civil unrest or government actions
• Personal or family emergencies
• Medical issues, illness, or injury
• Any other circumstances beyond our control

No Destination strongly recommends that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

7. Traveler Responsibilities & Required Documentation

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid, up to date, and in your possession for the entire duration of the trip. This includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid passport (with validity that meets the destination’s entry requirements)
• Required visas for each country on your itinerary
• Proof of vaccinations or other health-related entry requirements (where applicable)
• Any other necessary travel documentation required by airlines or border officials

No Destination is not responsible for delays, changes, denied entry, or cancellations resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or expired travel documents.

If you are unable to join or complete your trip due to missing or invalid documentation, you will not be eligible for a refund under these Terms. Any additional costs incurred to resolve documentation issues will be your sole responsibility.

8. Group Meals & Payment Etiquette

For trips where group meals are organized by No Destination at restaurants or venues:

• Where separate checks are not permitted, one person may pay the total bill.
• Each participant is expected to promptly reimburse their share via methods such as Zelle or Apple Pay.
• Each person is individually responsible for the cost of what they order.
• Bills will not be evenly split unless there is a rare circumstance where everyone orders the same items.
• An 18% gratuity (or the standard local tipping rate in the country of travel) will be included for fairness.

No Destination may use tools such as Splitwise to track shared expenses for transparency. Failure to reimburse in a timely manner may result in exclusion from future group meals or hosted experiences on that trip.

9. Code of Conduct & Misconduct

No Destination is committed to creating safe, respectful, and inclusive environments for all participants, staff, and partners.

No Destination enforces a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct, including:

• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind
• Physical or verbal abuse
• Damage to property, theft, or vandalism
• Excessive intoxication that endangers self or others
• Use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances
• Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful by ND staff

Participants who engage in misconduct may be removed from the trip or event immediately, without refund, and may be prohibited from attending future No Destination experiences.

10. Media & Content Release

By attending any No Destination trip or event, you understand that photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

You grant No Destination a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to:

• Use, reproduce, and display your image, likeness, voice, and/or name in photos or recordings taken during ND Experiences
• Publish such content on ND websites, social media, marketing materials, and advertising

You waive any right to compensation, royalties, or inspection/approval of such content in connection with its use.

11. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in travel and events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury (minor or severe)
• Illness, including food-related or environment-related conditions
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Weather-related hazards and natural conditions
• Transportation delays, accidents, or disruptions

By participating in any No Destination Experience, you:

• Voluntarily assume all risks, whether anticipated or unanticipated, associated with the Experience.
• Agree that No Destination, its affiliates, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost or stolen items, and any adventurous activities you plan to participate in.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Destination, its affiliates, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your participation in any No Destination Experience
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with local laws or ND guidelines

13. Privacy & Data Protection

No Destination collects and uses personal information only for the purpose of:

• Processing bookings and payments
• Coordinating logistics (e.g., accommodations, transportation, activities)
• Communicating trip or event updates and important information

We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared only with trusted third-party providers as necessary to operate the Experience (e.g., hotels, tour operators).

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any No Destination Experience, both parties agree to:

1. First, attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.
2. If unresolved, attempt mediation with a mutually agreed-upon neutral mediator.
3. If still unresolved, submit the dispute to arbitration or, if necessary, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas, United States of America.

15. Updates to These Terms

No Destination reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page.

Your continued booking, payment, or participation in any No Destination Experience after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Acceptance

By booking, paying for, or attending any No Destination trip, event, or experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
