What’s included in an ND trip?

Each trip varies, but generally includes:

• 4–6 day curated itinerary

• Premium accommodation

• Ground transportation

• ND-hosted events & activities

• Professional photography & content moments

• ND team support throughout the entire trip

Your itinerary will clearly list what is included and what is optional
What’s not included?

Typically not included:

• Flights

• Personal spending

• Meals outside the ones listed

• Travel insurance (recommended)

• Optional add-on experiences

How does payment work?

ND offers flexible payment options:

• Pay in full

• Payment plans with scheduled installments

• Secure checkout via our website

All payments go toward securing your room, spot, and itinerary activities.
Are payments refundable?

Payments are refundable only within 5 days of your initial payment. After that, all payments become non-refundable as ND immediately secures accommodations and vendors.

Once the trip begins, there are no refunds for any unused portion of the experience (late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, or personal decisions not to participate).

If a trip cannot start due to unforeseen events, ND may offer flexibility at its discretion, but the standard policy still applies if you cancel.

Do I need a passport?

For all international ND trips, yes — a valid passport with at least 6 months before expiration.
For U.S.-based ND events or experiences, a passport may not be required unless stated.
